Pesto rice with frozen stir fry veggies. What a happy experiment! The amount of good I am at this just keeps growing...

There are ginormous beans in your pesto. I'm not sure how I feel about this. That recipe does sound good though. The miso doesn't completely change the taste?

Those are pearl onions in the pic, not beans. The miso adds a sort of mellow flavor and makes the pesto taste less oily.

I'll definitely try this. My basil plant is finally about big enough to get me some leaves.
