Color me frustrated. While the number isn't what's important, I was really looking forward to officially hitting that 40lb mark before Austin (since I've been saying I've been there since BM). 
And I want my bike back now, dammit! I'll be able to afford bail for her on Monday. All the drinking and eating out does not help; that should calm down after this weekend. 

As an aside: if you've never put apples, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in oatmeal, you're missing out; apple pie oatmeal is the sizzle.

Pretty proud of myself here. I was able to find food completely within my perameters at LAX . My choices were Chilis, Burger King, and Starbucks. I went Chilis, and ordered Jalepeno sweet and sour chicken stir fry: no meat, extra veggies, no sauce. This is what came out:



I continue to be shocked at what passes for healthy in restaurants. At the Chilis I was just at, the healthy items menu proudly offered entrees with less than 750 calories and 8 grams of saturated fat. Isn't that crazy?? That's more calories, roughly, than I have in two meals...and definitely more saturated fat than I eat in maybe two or three days...

And yes, I had a beer with dinner. What's your point? ;)
